Tips for managing others while still in somewhat of a junior role? How do I allow the person reporting into me to shine but also not make it feel as if I’m not handling anything on the day to day? I.e. I allow them to handle some client comms with significant input from me and then senior leadership see’s the response and thinks that they are really going beyond their role when I’m doing most of the ideation

do companies look at your previous applications and care if you’ve applied to different roles? Had a recruiter at B4 reach out for roles that I was interested initially but didn’t follow through. But they had submitted an application on behalf of me, as i can see on the job page. Now there is a role that I want to pursue but on my Job page I have 3 different roles that i have “applied” already.

Hello, I have a Art History degree(2020 grad). The area I am in doesn't have any museums hiring! I just became a substitute teacher. Seeking a Masters/license in Special Education! I have my status of eligibility to teach Art K-12 but have not received any offers to be an Art teacher. Parents don't want me to get my license yet(since the car insurance went up etc). I'm finding it difficult to find remote jobs in either field(Art His). Can anyone refer me to a company/help me find a remote Job?

I love when I hear from staff/interns that they went to community college. Tells me you’re a practical decision maker, down to earth and probably came from a normal family. The stigmas needs to end. As someone with kids who isn’t loaded I want my kids to be able to go somewhere I can afford to send them without it affecting them negatively.

If i join a company in the month of November 2021, i will get appraisal in next to next year which is March 2023. But when should i expect the Variable Pay, if that Company gives it annually once.
