Hi i did my mba in finance in july 2020. Since in march corona happened first my Mba course got extended secondly I didn't got any opportunities through college. I work in Aavas financier as operation analyst but the package and duty hour is so long their is literally no work life balance. If someone please help in financial role or as a business analyst.I have also done data science course along with my current job. I have knowledge of python, sql, power bi. I’ve been taking Adderall IR for approx. 6 months now (currently prescribed 40mg aka 20mg 2x daily) and I don’t feel it working anymore. My hyperactivity is back in full force and I feel that calm yet alert feeling only for the first hour after taking it. I feel like it’s too soon for this to happen (I read Adderall can stop working for some people after taking it for a few years, but it’s been <1 year for me). Should I ask my doctor to try another ADHD med? This is so frustrating.

My spouse is currently on H4 visa which is due to expire in 7 months.

I was planning to ask my employer if they can start filing for H4 visa renewal. However, she is also eligible to file for EB2 NIW visa as she has worked as a research analyst in a non profit organization earlier during her 6 year H1B visa.

Could you please advise if both EB2-NIW filing can be applied when H4 visa renewal is already being processed or vice versa?

Hey everyone. I was accepted to Columbia's MBA through deferred admission in college. Currently wondering if I should matriculate in Aug 2021 with 2 YOE or Aug 2022 with 2.5 YOE (would take .5 yr off to travel).

I feel ready for a new job, and would also like to get to a post-MBA salary faster, so a 2021 start makes sense. Also feel like a perk of getting in early is not having to chase YOE to impress programs when applying.

Spent 3 years in consulting and ready to move on. Threw an app out to Georgetown and got in with pretty minimal effort. It seems like a prestigious school plus the DC network is pretty key to my interest in Public Sector work. The thing is I didn’t really put as much effort into the b school apps as I could have and reused an old GRE score from around 3 years ago rather than study and retake it.
