Have an offer from FAANG company with TC around $200k. Non-tech Program Manager Low/Medium COL (Not Cali, NY, SEA). Awaiting offers for the other two for the same type role. What is considered a strong offer in terms of total comp for non-tech Program Management IC5/L5 for Facebook (Meta) , AWS, and Google Low/Medium COL? Would also help if u can provide expected base/bonus/rsu/sign on breakdown Current TC: 190K, 6 YOE, MBA

disagree at my M7 school - much tougher than summering, but it happens every year
just have to be extremely on top of the second year recruiting process and have good answers to why you didn’t summer in banking. definitely a much harder process but not unmanageable
I am at an M7 right now. It’s extremely tough tbh. It does happen for a couple of people every year but either they already have a strong finance background or they are most often guys who struck out in summer recruiting but had a couple of connections left from superdays with those banks which they try and re-leverage.
Just to be clear though, I am not discouraging. You should definitely reach out and leverage alumni.
It took me ~years~ to get in IB after not doing a summer internship. My advice? Aim low. I climbed all the way from LMM after working corp for a bit. Long slog.
