Both bad options rn unless u get into top 15 program. And in that case I’d go mba it’s quicker and more lucrative

More people less jobs

Law school is weird. You either go to a top notch program and come out making $200K a year (albeit while working 80 hours a week in a toxic work environment), go to a “decent” program where you wind up at a small firm netting maybe $40K after student loan payments, or you go to one of the many law schools that drain your bank account and leave you unemployed and scrounging for gig work doing nothing but doc review for minimum wage. MBAs are kinda the same but not as stark. You either go to a top 15 program and come out making $150-$200K (albeit working 60 hour weeks), go to a “decent” program that just lets you skip the bitch work of an entry level job and come in making $75-$100K, or you go to one of the many MBA programs that are basically just a high priced restart button offering entry into corporate America for people who meandered their way through their college/early career. Your user name says your Big 4, which will open more doors than any of the “decent” programs anyway. It’s only worth it if you get into a top program

What is this 2006? You’re supposed to go back to school and grind LeetCode to become a software developing engineering coder hackerman at the FAANG teeths. What’s wrong with you?

like

These are two extremely different things that no one will be able to tell which is better without knowing you to great extent .

like

With limited (no) details, neither. Just grind out whatever you’re doing

Should only go to law school if it’s your passion.

Since you're Big 4 there isn't too much benefit of either unless you're trying to make a rather hard pivot into something else. The top programs are generally considered the ways to go but depending how loyal you are to a region can look at the top few in that particular region and save on cost a bit. Overall though you won't be boosting your career that significantly. Again, unless pivoting, you'll be spending a ton to "skip a rung" in the ladder but you'd still climb up there anyway a few years later.

Law school imo. Unless you plan to take something technical in B-school Everyone defers to lawyers on issues

Neither, what do you do at EY? Like many said unless you go to a top program for law or MBA it’s not worth it I would change LoS at EY or another B4 if you feel unhappy at your current role

MBA 1000000%

Hi mommas. Slowly weaning 4 month old from breast milk and wanting to move to only formula by 5 months. I know lots of people get formula shipped from Europe but that seems too much of a hassle. What US formula are you using? We’ve tried happy baby organics and Bobbie and I’m not sure which one is better (debating if having probiotic is a plus or no). Any thoughts welcome!

In the middle of interviewing for a role externally right now. Would other firms generally expect you to start after we get bonus?
