I am an Indian national in US with H-1B visa expiring in Aug 2022. I-797 has been approved till 2025. I want to travel to Switzerland and will return to USA in July 2022. However the Swiss Consulate website mentions a requirement of 3 months valid US Visa after departure from Schengen area. Anyone else faced something similar? Any rejections due to this? Any idea if I797 is considered by Swiss Consulate? Open to other consulates as well as can change my itinerary.
