Can anyone from MBB (Bain in particular) India, help me out with a few queries I have regarding compensation and exits? Struggling b/w choosing consult vs buy side roles

Hi ME fishes, I need an advice. I am doing internal consulting in the U.S. and received an offer from MBB Dubai. How is WLB and Culture? Does it suck traveling every week to Saudi? internal consulting WLB isn’t great but I am sure MBB in Dubai is much worse. Should I join? I am Arab and married by the way.

Thoughts on a PT MBA (Kellogg, HAAS, Booth) vs. T14 full time MBA. I am a consultant in S& that makes over $200k+ a year right now and will make $300+ in 2 years or so (will be SM by then). If I left PwC for a full time MBA, I feel like I am setting myself back (e.g., full time MBA, maybe switch to MBB associate, etc. - which is an upgrade on prestige and a downgrade on comp.) Primary reason for the MBA is to get into a CXO role of a PE backed company someday.

Anybody heard of tulip interfaces, an MIT IIoT spinout? Currently M at known firm though non MBB, if they match pay and include equity would it be worth it? 100% aligns with my passion, tech and mfg

I can't seem to get past the resume screen even with a referral. Coming from industry (non consulting) and have 7 yoe in sales and project management and background in engineering (advanced degree). What am I doing wrong? I have been networking (associate/EM/PL levels) but how can I get past the recruiters at MBB and get that 1st round interview? Seeking advice.

Those that went from MBB, Big 4/Tier 2 to PE/VC. It’s talked about a lot on medium, but not so much here. Anyone make over to that side? If so, what was your journey, what type of work did you do before vs now, how is the compensation, and is it really all that it’s made out to be?

What would it take to jump from a big 4 (e.g., EY) to MBB, (e.g., McKinsey)? Would it be worth it?

How lenient are you with billing? Just saw a presentation showing the average utilization was over 95% at my mid sized consultancy and I swear I know so many people that barely have work. Like literally during the staffing calls everyone says they’re only 50% billable and are looking to take on more work.
