So glad I found this group! I’ve hopped through 3 jobs since graduating 2 years ago. They all start out great- I ace interviews, flourish creatively, and get super positive feedback from managers. Few months in, my interest begins to wane. Productivity dies off, and engagement in my work falls of the cliff. I have a phone screen interview for risk management roles with Citi and Charles Schwab for Senior Risk Manager roles. I have 7yoe in Risk and 7 yoe in PM. None in the financial sector. Citi is aUSPB Third Party Oversight role and Charles Schwab is a Sr Manager, Business Risk Role. Does anyone have any pointers to prep for the interview ?

Doing a remote interview tomorrow for an in-house position that I really want. Invite says "[company] is a startup, so a full suit is not necessary! Business casual attire is recommended." Like I said, I really want this job, and the idea of not wearing a suit is just weird to me
