Yea they’ll adjust for experience and it’ll most likely be at a second or third year BA level. you probably won’t have much negotiating power coming in as a BA because comp is super structured at this level.
Congratulations OP! 🎉
Congrats OP!
Thank you!
Congrats! Just had a similar situation and some valid points to negotiate. Unfortunately, there really wasn't room for negotiation. Fortunately, the offer is quite generous.

They didn’t discuss salary before getting the offer? I knew before my first interview from my recruiter to make sure it was ok
I haven’t received my offer letter yet - I just finished interviews Friday and they said it’s coming this week. I’m just trying to get some info and decide if I should talk to recruiter/be prepared when they talk me through it.
Which firm did you come from? Are you entering as entry level?

McK has third year bas?
Congrats! Looking to apply in spring. Also in the same spot as you with 2YOE, but not 100% consulting related.
Just curious what industry did you come from? I just got rejected from Undergrad and I am looking at alternatives to mbb and then reapplying inb2 years.
I came from telco/media. From what I’ve see they aren’t as focused on industry as much as having grades/school & career progression.
Hey, how did you go about the imbellus test?! And prepping for it
