Looking for everyone's opinion. How often is reasonable to respond to a parent when they are emailing multiple times a day? I have a special ed colleague that has a parent emailing multiple times a day asking a dozen or more questions daily. Most of the questions are not simply information seeking; they are critical, confrontational, or questioning why the IEP is written as it is. How often should this colleague respond?
