I joined in Accenture as level 8. Prior to joining, I was apporached by a project, and they seemed to not convince with my lack of knowledge about the role hence they dropped me even after contacting couple of times. Now I have got call from another one and they also seem to be not fully sure because my last role was very different. My question is how difficult is it to get a project in Accenture? Will this interviews continue? Also, what are the chances of me getting a suitable role?

Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY

Recruiter will help answer any of your questions and it won't impact your chances. Feel free to ask them anything. 45m is likely the case interview.
And google "personal experience interview" to understand the questions (one per interview) and prepare for that one. There's no "walk me through your resume," etc. PEI interviews are each one about one experience and then you'll be probably a lot more about that (e.g., "what did you say then?"). Use a situation you can talk in detail about rather than one that sounds impressive but was 10 years ago (or, worse, is made up).
The longer one is the case
I didn't know there was a separate PEI at McKinsey - doesn't each interview have fit and case parts?
What's PEI? Personal experience interview? (Interview today got rescheduled to next week)
