Team has expanded and have added new Managers and Senior Managers. Unsolicited, a senior consultant is reaching out to them and telling these new leads that I'm difficult to work with and that they had issues working with me personally. I found this out when these Managers reached out to my PM to find out what was going on and PM reached out to me. What can I do about this? Given all the recent buzz about expected large raises around the big 4, I’d like to level set on the average salary for a 4th/5th year female senior manager in federal tax ( credits & methods group) in the Midwest - Chicago/Minneapolis/Detroit market. Anyone willing to share a range if they work in a similar area of tax / similar level? I recognize all groups vary greatly in salary expectations, so looking for input specific to my area. Current expectations set at 140-160k. Reasonable?
