When you refund a signing bonus do you
1- refund ALL of it even taxes Withheld ?
2- refund only the amount that was deposited in your account
3- mix between 1 and 2 refund more than was deposited but less than the whole amount ( taxes should be refunded to me next year)

My contract says 2 and they want to do 3 Help

Anyone work for Sanofi? I withdrew an application for a position that I now wish I hadn't. I am trying to re-apply, but found that I am still under the withdraw application section. So I have two offers on the table : Tuck vs Yale SOM. I am getting 40k scholarship from Tuck and nothing from Yale.

I'm planning on going into consulting afterwards and am not sure what school to attend. I know Tuck's group oriented teaching is slightly more geared towards consulting.

What has been making me hesitate is the global presence of what Yale has in its name.

Would you say Yale has almost equal chance of getting into MBB as Tuck?

Hi! I’m looking to make a career pivot and found the perfect internal position to transfer to, but my company’s HR team won’t release me until I’ve been in my current position for 1 yr. I’ve been on the same team for 5 years, but got promoted 9 months ago. Any advice for speaking with HR to try to convince them to release me from my current team?

I am starting a new position as an SDR at LinkedIn and thus signing a new contract. It’s an entry-level position but I have already worked in the company for some time. Would you recommend negotiating the offer or SDR entry-level positions are usually not negotiable?

(I've heard that other SDRs were earning around 40k EUR 70% base salary and 18k EUR 30% variable earnings, in Ireland)
