Larsen & Toubro Guys , Please advice me on below scenario. Suppose we have offer of Company A of 10 LPA ,later we receive call from Company B then they will ask Do you have Offer in-hand? Now my question is , do we need to tell them that I have offer OR let all the round get complete ?
Thought behind asking this question is, in first call if we tell them that I have offer then they might not go with next rounds.

Window controls the shade. You want to control it, book the window. Feel free to ask politely. I am an aisle person, because I want to stand up whenever I feel like it. I don’t really care if the window is open or closed.
I sit in the window for two reasons:
1. I never get up on flights (as in, on my 18 hr flight to Asia, I just trudged on through it), so I don't bother the aisle person, and
2. I OWN that shade. I have slapped the hands of people trying to adjust my shade without asking. No regrets.
That being said, if someone asks, I usually comply and pull it down, unless I am legit looking out the window.
Oh my god I’m concerned for your kidney health. Are you dehydrated right now???? Pls fix.
We live in a society
Pls fix tnx
If that shade is up during early morning flights then I will close it even if I’m sitting in the aisle.
I’ve had someone reach over and close my shade. Didnt even ask. OH THE RAGE
EY 2 you are what’s wrong with travel
You guys sit in rows with middle seats? Yikes.
First class only
Wow, we sound like bunch of kindergarteners! Whatever happened to being courteous and using common sense?
Well, if you need to step out, aisle person will get up for you. Same way, you can open the window if they want to be able to see occasionally 😏
Actually, the middle seat doesn’t always get the armrests. They usually get to be uncomfortable. No middle seat person has ever got my armrest. You can try it, but it won’t happen for you.
Then you a jerk because you already have an armrest on the other side. I wish middle seats upon you for your next 19 flights.
You guys enjoy the piercing sunlight in your eye when you’re trying to sleep?!
There’s “the shade is up” and “the sun is shining directly in my eyes.” Tough shit for the former. Not unreasonable to ask the direct sunlight to be shaded (not necessarily closed altogether but enough to keep the sun out of someone else’s eyes.)
Middle seat gets nothing. It’s their fault for booking a middle seat.
You pay EXTRA to sit by a window for this privilege. Sure, with great power comes great responsibility, so put the shade down if you’re blinding someone or it’s before ~9AM. Otherwise, you’ve paid for the opportunity to make this call. (Aside from takeoff and landing, of course, when they are required to be open in case of emergency.)
P1,I get that. What I’m saying is that 11A and 11C are both higher cost, and the value you get is your preferred seat. Doesn’t mean you now own the window shutter too. As I said, by that logic, the aisle seat owner should not let anybody else go out for restroom.
I don’t really give a shit unless that beam of light is directly hitting my screen and I can’t see shit, then I’m a seething mess of passive aggressive hate.
Middle seat person owns nothing
I want to be respectful of your personal space and the sense of pride in potential ownership of that window shade.
But if it’s an early morning Monday flight and you have that shade up, boy, I’m going to fight you. I will physically hurt you to jam that window shade shut.
I’ve had somebody fall asleep with the shade open, so i reaches over and closed it while they were sleeping....is there anything wrong with that?
