Honestly a great package and very competitive. They keep knocking on my door but I don’t want to move to Portland so just hoping they let me stay in Seattle one day
Awesome congrats!! I regret not accepting one offer for a technology strategy role. I am an east coast guy but I do regret it a lot now.
And if anyone is wondering - comp details below.
Base: $152K
Bonus: Targeting $30K
Signing: $16K
STONKS: $15K with 18 month vest
Heard WLB is pretty good actually, averaging less than 50 hours a week.
I wonder how much this comp would vary for MBA applicants
Nike WLB is very good, earlier starts but nobody in office past 4:30pm. Plus, mid-day workouts and long lunch culture
*looks up Nike jobs*
Sounds like a really cool job!!! Congratulations OP.
Congrats! Nike is hard to get into.
The best exit is when you pull the plug while on a dumpster fire case.
I remember leaving a firm right after a DD finished. The team had never done a DD and I was pulled in to help lead (I'm a DD guy). Case was in horrifying shape, staffed with bottom of the bench staff and EM was not great either. They were pulling constant all nighters and stressed AF, producing terrible work product.
I loved it bc, I knew I was leaving and didn't care about a rating, what my coach would say, would the lead partner want to staff me again, etc.
Awesome…. Hope you are taking some time off before you start the new gig.
Check out Acadia national park and bar harbor! Used to live in Maine - beautiful this time of year. Congrats on the new role and best of luck!
Congrats! What level did you exit to? Sr. Manager or Director?
Can confirm manager level.
@op - what happens after 18 months after you vest?
Confused by that. As I've seen vesting periods of 4+ years as a way to retain you.
Sick
Good stuff OP. Well done!
Get some!!!!!
Chief
Awesome. Cheers and congrats to you!!
Congrats that’s awesome!!
Nice!!! What tier firm are you exiting from?
@KPMG1, yup. Ex-Kurt Salmon.
Congrats!!!
Mind if I DM OP, ACN strat here looking for a similar exit
Congrats
Happy News!!!
