Me WFH in March vs. Now

Hello everyone I have 29 years as a dental professional in Texas. I started as a dental assistant back in 1993. As my career progressed as a RDA, I moved to the front office and eventually management. I even taught dental assistants and became the Program Director of a DA program. COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough! Any input would be appreciated.

How are people managing to be productive during the day WFH? Finding that lately I’m over promising and underdelivering when it comes to timing expectations for projects. Feels like everything just takes 5x longer. I blink and it’s 6pm... then 9... then midnight

Husband Relies on Me for Lunch - I know this is dumb, but before the pandemic, my husband ate lunch at the office and I was generally in charge of dinner. He’s super flexible with buying takeout so I never found it annoying. Since the pandemic began though, my husband has begun relying on me to provide him lunch while WFH. I’m busy during the day, and we have different lunch preference schedules. He does not get how annoying it is to me to have to be in charge of his lunch. Am I in the wrong?

This upcoming year our school district is trying early release every Wednesday. I find it difficult to cover all the standards in a high school math class, and now I am concerned with having to modify/reduce our curriculum. It will take 10-15 minutes out of the period on Wednesdays. Do you think it will change what we can teach? A colleague suggested a flipped classroom. I teach in an affluent area that only spent a couple weeks remote learning for all last year. Thoughts on flipped classroom?

5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.

Does EY usually start PERM at senior 2-3 year right before manager promo? My case was approved to start but due to EY requiring that we already have all required experience to prior to beginning PERM they are asking me to wait a year and a half ☹️ I thought they could file PERM in advance and I would have the requirements by the time they got through perm, but it seems like to even begin PERM you need to meet all manager requirements?
