What is the future or Technical Writing field in the Robotics domain?

I am a woman of color in a predominantly white field. I can’t count the number of times I’ve had to keep a straight face when a colleague said something that was hurtful. What experiences you had that only emphasized how much of an outsider you are? I’ll start. I’m in a D9 sorority (AKA) and a coworker referred to the pinky up/ivy leaf as a gang sign. I'm currently working with TCS with 10.91LPA CTC (including 1.4L variable pay) and 7.2 years experience. It's been 20 months I joined TCS. Now I have an offer from Infosys for 16.6LPA(including 2.5L variable pay) for Technology Lead. I'm severely in financial crisis after my husband lost his business in covid which tempted me to try other opportunities. Is it worth to join Infosys. Continuation in TCS or moving to Infosys which is better. Kindly suggest

How safe is it to share ALL our documents, including the addresses, contact details, marksheets with school/ college details, employment details, etc - basically all our life history with the recruiters? I mean are there any laws preventing them from misusing all that info? That’s a LOT of sensitive personal information which we share with potential employers even before receiving the offer letter.
