Sorry to tell you but meeting people in NYC even before the pandemic can be hard. Sure your around a lot of people, and if you go out and drink you’ll talk to some people, but to grow a network and have friends is different. It takes a lot of effort and you’ll have to learn to live in your own preverbal bubble. I lived there many years ago and this was my experience, and I’m glad I no longer live there, love visiting though .. haha

Need some encouragement: 1. my husband just resigned from his job as it was beginning to give him mental health challenges and even put him in counseling.
