Deloitte fishes - how does it look switching across sectors as a new experienced hire? For example if I was in consumer product and want to go to Life Sciences and Healthcare or if I was in Life Sciences and went to TMT, is that frowned upon? Don’t want to lose my current network and have to start “new” elsewhere but I don’t really like my current sector

Any word of advice on how do I schedule their booster dose? CVS/RiteAid just turn us away saying they don’t know what to do.
Has there ever been an effort to organize/unionize adworkers the way we see with the Writer's Guild? There are a lot more people in this business than in entertainment. Healthcare access?

Aetna 🐠, do you prefer to put Aetna, a CVS Health Company or CVS Health on your LinkedIn? For the same team, I’ve seen some people put the former while others put the latter. Starting soon and would like to hear folks’ thoughts on the choice in terms of the optics. CVS Health
Do other insurance providers cover annual skin cancer screenings? Surprised to see a $200 bill post insurance adjustments for first screening in 6 years... unrelated to AHCA
Hi 🙋🏼♀️ Accenture moms. Re healthcare benefits: did you select HDHP or PPO plan and why? I’ve been on the HDHP plan for the last few years, which has worked well as I almost never see a doctor, but we’re planning to get pregnant next year and I’m reevaluating my options. How many prenatal apts should I expect? Is PPO better for this? Anything you wish you had known about being pregnant with ACN health benefits?
Is it unethical to get those free at-home Covid-19 tests? I have insurance, seems like there might be others with more need?

Probably a dumb question but I’m looking to get my first car. What’s the best/right order to do this in: Do you get insurance first, a loan/financing rate from a bank first (as rates are probably better than car company financing rate), or buy/lease the car first?

No joke I’m pretty sure we have more empty desks than occupied ones at the moment. What a wasteland. Any other agencies have dead zones due to layoffs/mass exoduses?
I just need to vent. I am so sick of dealing with one of my coworkers. He has been a thorn in my side since I started working at my new job. He thinks he is the boss, despite the CEO telling him he's not the boss. He wastes 90% of his time micro-managing me instead of doing his own job. He intentionally alters my work after it was finalized, without telling anyone. He lies to everybody and nobody here likes him. The CEO won't get rid of him, nobody knows why. I love my job, but can't stand him.
I’m currently making 82K in NYC. Coming up on 5 years of experience and have my manager fighting for my raise. Assuming it happens, is 95-105k crazy to expect?

Help me out, everyone seems to be having much milder symptoms with Omicron. Is the hospital capacity issue due to people panicking and going to the hospital despite having mild symptoms or because staff are out with illness? I don’t understand how the medical system is on the brink of collapse right now. Maybe I have a skewed view of Omicron based on anecdotal experience?
Cerebral is hiring for remote RNs, the pay is basement while requiring 45 hour work weeks and only offering 1099 employment. Let me get this straight.. $30/hour, 45 hour work weeks, no benefits. That’ll be a hard pass.
I think I made a faux pas during a discussion with a recruiter when asked what my salary expectations were. I KNOW not to give my number first but I was so caught off guard by the question since it was our initial discussion that I just blurted out a range. I’m afraid that I’ve now locked myself into a range with little room to negotiate if extended an offer. Any advice for how to proceed?
