Lots of people think that utilization / changeability is a bullshit metric. What other metric do you propose to replace it?
Back to work this week and I’m so exhausted. So drained. So sick of the work BS and politics. Everything is harder and more competitive obvi because of the pandemic. Between breastfeeding / pumping and jumping back and forth from baby mode to videoconference “on” work mode, I’m so so so drained. Anyone else? Will I build up endurance? It’s Saturday and last night I just had nightmares and couldn’t sleep. Today, I barely feel present and awake.... I really want to be in the moment with my child
