I just lightened my ends to blonde and want to play around with adding colours like pink or lilac but dont want it to last a long time, just want something that will fade nicely after a certain amount of washes

Hello Fishes, I have offers from Deloitte, EY & Oracle. Which one should i go for. I will be joining oracle practice in EY & Deloitte. My skillsets include oracle DBA, apps DBA, DevOps, Oracle Cloud Admin, python & bash scripting.

Salary wise all are similar. Only thing is for Oracle would have to relocate. EY & Deloitte are offering in my hometown (i.e. no rent :P )

Do you know if it is worth going to Accenture and seeing whether they can give offer/rejection (hopefully not) earlier than the usual long time to come back to you after final round? Received an offer for 2nd choice company already, would rather go with Accenture but know it takes them a while (it's been a week since final round). My aunt recently passed away, leaving behind 2 young girls (16 and 12 years old). I’m trying my best to be there for them and pray for them, and have been asking people to pray for them as well. Until I started question what is the point of asking people to pray for them? I know God hears my prayers, so why do we ask people to pray ?

Hi, struggling here. Boyfriend’s sister got pregnant at 20 and she has decided to get an abortion. Parents and boyfriend are encouraging her and “logically” is seems the right decisions because she and her boyfriend do not have a possible way to care for this baby. Boyfriend is a new christian and family catholic but not practicing. I’m struggling with trying to not be judgmental about the support for abortion. I honestly feel so torn between what the bible says and the situation. Any advice?
