Does recruiters actually read the cover letter?
I’ve been pretty active in HR for over a decade even though I’ll be graduating here in May 22. I’ve been blessed with many opportunities along the way. It sounds a bit sketch to me. You shouldn't have to prove your worth in 3 months time. Ask if you can be a 1099 contractor at least so there's something written on paper
Depends on the pay and VC fund. Plus, I think for better insight you should post this in the other bowls too like Private Equity and the Buy Side or investment. Best of luck!
Hmm I have never had a place ask me to do a 90 day project. It seems a bit abnormal to me. I don't know that I would want to take that kind of risk if it were me personally
