I‘ve joined Globant 3 months back. They have offered me very good CTC & the position is Senior Developer. I’m on bench till date & there are few more too. Being on the high CTC side & Higher position, I’m bit tensed about my career over here. Can someone please help me if it is a normal situation in Globant? Or I should worry & should be active again? Also, is there any layoff happened in Globant in the past couple of years.

In a bit of a dilemma - I’m currently in a technical role and I’ve just been offered the position of team manager. While I’m excited for the role and learning opportunities it comes with, there is only a 3% hike in salary. I’d be working longer hours and giving up my unionized position, but on the other hand, senior management is supportive and willing to help me succeed. Just wondering how y’all approach this or what you’d recommend.

HOA - doing something without approval.....was planning to change my windows without hoa approval but my neighbour snitched. It seems like we’ve had many people join from firms today. In the in-house bowl we had a lot of people speaking about F50 who don’t actually work there and the info/advice was often not accurate.
