Meta vs late stage startup in the logistics space. Both are fully remote and would probably have similar WLB. Who would you pick for a Product role?

You have morals? F Facebook / Meta. Go somewhere where you can be a part of something special. Just my two cents.
Lol
I guess it all depends on whether you want your next ship to be a new border radius + new blue color for a button, or something more impactful and challenging.
Tbh, I’ve interviewed with Meta, and the whole process is tiring. 200 of the same interview over and over…
Makes sense. The level of impact will vary.
Metamate here. It really depends on the team itself vs. the startup. I came here from early-stage startups and I am disappointed at the level of disorganization. We’re an enterprise that still tries to operate like a start-up, and it has some upsides but a lot of downsides. That said, the work is interesting, you’ll have more job security, and the benefits at Meta are very hard to top. I’m staying at Meta for the time being.
I've seen this, haven't seen a downside yet. Just joined recently.
I agree with the rest of your post
Many are leaving Meta, I would take that as a sign 😅.
