Microsoft: better benefits/pay, better WLB, and more technical opportunities depending on role.
EY: Straightforward career progression if you have the people knack, some PPMD + SMs are trying to pivot us to technical work.
Microsoft is a tech company and will continue to be regarded for their technical capabilities. EY Cyber has potential, but stuffs changing rapidly in some of the competencies.

Depends on where you see your career in the long run. MSFT may be a better fit for you in the short term as you’re learning and especially if you’re a techie. The payoffs will be faster as tech skills allow you to jump companies easier. I’d say go/stay at a place like EY if you’re interested or leaning towards more strategy based work versus techie.
Prestige wise, it doesn’t matter. Your skills and role do. However, more people have probably heard of MSFT than EY if that matters to you.
Salary wise, EY would have more upside. MSFT tends to lowball because of the brand recognition.
