I gave one round of technical interview with HCL and submitted supporting documents to HR and iboard with CCTC : 10 lakh, ECTC : 20 lakh.
While i was waiting for a call from HR for salary negotiation, The offer letter has been released for 15 lakh CTC without a discussion on salary. Please advice if there a stipulated timeline to accept the offer letter within ? Do they call for negotiation if I don't accept the offer ?

Hi Everyone , I have offer from both Amdocs and KPMG . Amdocs is offering me better pay than KPMG But in Amdocs the project is of Development + Support (linx , sql and azure databricks ) and in Kpmg purely Azure based development .

Pwc offer - 19 fixed + variable + 1.5 lakh joining bonus
Accenture offer - 22 fixed + 0-27% variable + 1.5 lakh joining bonus

Which is best to join between PWC AC Bangalore with permanent wfh and NTT Data business solutions with hybrid work. Salary is almost same : NTT data - 24 LPA fixed and no variable. Where as PWC 21 LPA fixed with upto 20% variable. YOE is 7 years in SAP SD functional consultant.

Where’s a good place to look at the best brand design/visual graphic design portfolio examples? I really feel like I need to update my portfolio and really elevate it and I could use some inspo for the latest and greatest. I think the way I present myself is a bit outdated and it needs to be better. Aka 2013 vs 2022. :( preferably brand side inspo. I mostly am an in-house designer and so I want to see how I can really showcase that work.
