I’m looking for an opportunity that offers work life balance and remote. Preferably 24-30 hours a week so I can spend a couple of days a week with my kids while they’re little. I know this will be a pay cut, but I’m hoping someone can offer me guidance. I have a lot of customer service, inside sales, and training experience. I’d love a role in onboarding or a benefits specialist, but my degree is not HR related so it’s hard to find a place I can transition my career too. My work ethic is great!Google

But the person in charge of hiring has said they have struggled to hire at that 50k base. Thinking I could push for 60-70k base but I am unsure about how much commission can be expected in the first couple years. Any insight would be helpful
