Hi Sharks,
Please help me choose:

I got offer from Deloitte 15LPA fixed + 10% variable bonus(CTC 16.5LPA)+ 4 lacs joining bonus with 18 months bond and additional benefits from Deloitte as Consultant.

YoE:4.3 years
Tech stack: NodeJs developer

Second offer from ITC Infotech of 19LPA fixed + 1 lacs variable for similar role.

Please help me choose. What are the pros and cons? For long term, which is better? Inhand salary comparison?

Work in tech as contractor or fte in healthcare? Did a career pivot and am working in analytics now, been in tech contract role for a month and got an offer for fte in non-tech.

Contract role is not faang, but everybody knows the company. Pay is about 30% more, but no benefits, lack of security (year contract) and can tell there's less growth/mentorship

Leaning toward FTE to build strong base skills then back to to tech. Worked in bigname tech in the past but in different role. Any thoughts?

Long Dash costs freelancers their livelihood and schedule. They put freelancers in HIGH RISK positions asking for full-time commitment and then not following through on payments and promised/contracted hours—costing freelancers a HUGE opportunity cost. If you're okay with getting stringed along and putting in part time hours when it benefits them then go for it. They will only pay you for the hours you worked when asking for FT commitment. They put me in a state of financial insecurity.

I recently went freelance as an EP and started my own LLC as well (to get the full benefits of being a freelancer). Some agencies and clients want to pay on a W2 versus 1099 / as an independent contractor. Should I still take the gig if W2 or stand my ground and pass?
