If you're working full-time and this is not a independent contracter position, your agency will provide you the equipment. Don't worry until you start, that way you have a chance to ask fellow coworkers and the IT team.

Hmm, it shouldn't matter if you are remote OP, they'll send you the equipment wherever you are. If you're super concerned with it though, I recommend that after you sign the contract just let HR know that you'll need equipment sent to you sooner than later. Most of the time it will be a one-to-two business day shipment. Your first couple days of work shouldn't be too extensive since you'll be onboarding.
