Honestly, people should leverage this increase as a way to not go back into the office. We'll go without the pay increase if we can be 75% WFH

Iâm not sure less than three years is a long time. Youâre right about the bunches though. I think youâll see many notable firms peeling off from the NY scale either this time or soon. If youâre not a NY firm with a preeminent corporate practice the math just doesnât work anymore.
