Interviewed for the second round last week. Followed up with the recruiter afterward to say I was excited about next steps. Since then, radio silence. Tomorrow is a week since the interview. What’s my move?

Got promoted to C this year but still anticipate being underpaid. My director pretty much confirmed that given market conditions. I want to switch jobs to be paid fairly faster. Given I know my value compared to my peers, do I wait until September when promotions go into effect and I’m actually a C to start applying to jobs? I also won’t know my new salary until end of August. Can I negotiate a salary not based on current pay but what I should be at compared to my peers?

Just finished the first round of interview with AWS. The anxiety that I had before the interview is now replaced with uneasiness about the result... hard to say how the interview went as it was all situational questions ... e.g. tell me about a time when u did xyz. Hopefully my job search process will end soon and I will have a position where I can focus on doing the work... rather then looking for it. Have a great weekend...

Unfortunately refinanced my students loans last November. Didnt see the interest for forbearance coming. Lol. My loan Was 8% now refinanced at 4%. Was looking around and looks like I can get an even better rate 2.9%. My monthly payment would stay the same and would pay them off in half the time. No prepayment fees. Are there any other hidden costs or unintended consequences I’m not thinking of at this point?
