Wonder what’s going to happen next 🤔
Tech Mahindra Hey guys, I attempted Hackathon by tech Mahindra (for jr java developer 1-3 yr exp). After 3 days I received a call from hr confirming that I have been shortlisted and took hr round on that call. Later I received a document verification mail asking for all essential docs which are required for joining, but didn't received any offer letter yet. When I cross checked mail address with my friend in tech Mahindra, he confirmed that such hr exists with same e-mail id. Is it normal in tech Mahindra?

No use for Mint.
For spend plan (budget) I keep it simple and use Excel.
For a cool, graphical, click through of net worth and portfolio break down, Personal Capital. But I don’t use it for anything else. Refined financials always in Excel.
Don’t let Excel beat you. It’s very simple when you familiarize yourself with what you’re trying to see.
Way I understand - Mint is more for budgeting and monthly cash flow while PC is more around investment returns, allocations, retirement tracking etc.
I use both. Why not? Security I guess... it’s hard to pinpoint but their visuals are different and I like to have both options
Personal capital all day. You can click through a ton of views on financial returns that’s much quicker than excel because you don’t need to port data in
I have no statistics on this, but having looked into both, Mint’s user base is probably under 30 and Personal Capital is older
Have used both — Personal Cap is the clear overall winner
Logic is that the plan happens before you spend. So you aren’t simply “tracking” spend, but planning it.
Predetermining how your net income gets divided across your expenses via rule of thumb percentages. (So you know what you can afford before you spend it)
Enjoy 👍🏼
I really enjoy Mint. Idk much about PC but I’ve saved over 1300 in 8 months off round ups and random transfers and I haven’t felt it at all lol
