How can someone get a break from TAP. it continuously sends project requirements every 2nd day, even when people are on leave. They need to provide at least 5-10 days for preparation if someone gets rejected 3 times..

As a .Net Developer, what are some non service based companies that are good in terms of technical learnings and growth for a 6YOE with good employee policies. Big plus for good working culture and WLB.
PS: Been working in Service based companies since last 6 years and I think I feel like I don't want to work in a client and service provider type team. O think too much effort goes into client dealing,reporting and maintaining image. Frustating to do this on daily basis.
