Missed time sheets during the holidays. 3 missed for the year. How bad is this?

I am Government contracted with CMS. Center for Medicare and Medicaid assistance. I ve been applying for 4 years? I am security cleared by them, I work with their employee portal system, experienced, took over 35 continued education training with them. I reached out and I was told keep applying? Can someone please pull my application please.

5th year here supervising two 4th year associates. 4yr wrote an email to me and associate, which I thought was helpful outlining some issues in prep for trial in the case. I looped in partner and added on my comments. Messaged associate separately and said hope she didn’t mind I shared. She flipped out on me and said she didn’t want it shared, that partner didn’t like these kind of emails, and that I had taken on work she thought she was responsible for. Tone was toxic. How to handle?
