Expect a really low bonus. EYs bonuses are close to non existent anyways
Welcome! One tip is to just fill out and submit your time sheets with forecasts weeks in advance. You can submit them as many times as you want and whatever is in there on Friday evening is what goes through. You can always do a prior period time adjustment later.
A1 - time sheet is the hours for 1 week, due Friday of that week. No prob OP, better your first year with the shorter performance year than a promo year or something.
If you hit 3 missed time sheets you are docked 25percent of your bonus
Definitely shows up during roundtables/laddering. Might knock you down a rating or preclude you from a higher rating. I think there's a small allowed limit and then it supposedly impacts your bonus. I don't quite remember what that number is unfortunately, but it's a lower single digit from what I recall.
Thanks! I'm new (~3mo) and an experienced hire so not expecting an amazing rating. Still new to this timesheet thing but I know it's important so giving the perfectionist in me a little (a lot) of anxiety

Just set a recurring cal reminder to do them. Even though I submit them weeks in advance I still have that reminder just in case.
Wow, that's pretty harsh. We have standards, and we get chased, but I don't believe that the impact would be draconian unless someone were an egregious repeat offender
What constitutes as a timesheet? 1 day or 1 week?
3 is the limit, does not affect your bonus..but comes up in round tables. Anything over 3 will affect your bonus.
Not to bring fear, but I was talking to an MD once and he mentioned it was the determining factor that a Manager didn't get promoted to SM at Accenture. So I know it's taken seriously at my Accenture
