Does publicis sapient have RPA-Uipath projects?
I love my job but Im underpaid despite being here 10 years. I just found out they are hiring new hires higher than me and Im the one training them.
I decided to look online and found a recruiter offering a similar job. I have an interview tomorrow and the range is 20-30k above what I make.
1. How do i position this to my boss about matching the offer
2. If the new company says its an avg of 140-150k total comp, what should my number be to get me to leave? Would 200k be insulting?

Anyone have experience with Forté?
Some people have opted for jobs with awesome WLB and decent pay. All this graph tells me is that some people are working 100 hours a week for $1M and some are working 20 hours a week for $150k. Not everyone wants to grind forever. People settle down, have kids, etc.
Maybe they’re at start ups where equity isn’t yet vesting or non-profits/universities. 35% make over 400k! Seems great to me
As a Sloan MBA myself, a lot of people talk about grinding to make big $$$ for the next 5-6 years, and then becoming an entrepreneur, joining a startup, or doing nonprofit/NGO work
Seems like it’s skewed due to international grads. 200k in a country like India would be considered as top tier pay
Following. Probably international. 200k in Latam/India can afford a better lifestyle than 400k in the US (tax rate is about 30-40% lower and cost of living is half of the US).
Coz life isn't always about pressing on the gas and trying to earn more. 10 years post mba - lot of these folks now have families, are happy with the comp they currently have, balance family time with work, and would rather coast to earn 250-300k than kill themselves to earn 500K.

Aside from the mix of international graduates, the other factor to consider is that some people actually evolve and realize they shouldn't center their lives around comp (I.e., maybe it's nice for your kid to spend more time with you than a contracted nanny)
Plus Sloan isn’t HSW
Since when is 500k low? That has the highest population besides <200k
Anyone have a link? Curious to read into this more
Coach
Would be curious what constitutes “Annual Income” because I could easily see a fair number of the <200k bracket being at start ups where their equity comp may not be included as @M1 said.
Where are these MBA grads making so much??
Meta 1, what are your hours like? Average hours, easy week hours, hard week hours and how often you have easy, average, hard in a given month/quarter.
The gap is huge. 30%+ making over half a million
Where did you find this info?
