MITRE, SAIC, or Data Robot?

MITRE is much more closely similar to your experience at Booz. They do the whole laptop, phone, and fancy office thing and you have hundreds of projects to explore. You can stay put in your level or seek promotion. Rare bonuses but your salary will include what was a bonus in other consulting agencies. MASSIVE 403b contribution (like 16% match after all is said and done) SAIC is a great company, but you’ll be purpose-hired, and it’s not a situation where you’re switching projects because you get board. SAIC is similar to Leidos I don’t know Data Robot MITRE is the best in this list IMO

Depends on where you see yourself and the market. Mitre is not the company it used to be and is a good place to coast, get great benefits, but not be competitively paid. Those who have a focus on family, life outside of work, hands down Mitre. If you want to grow skills, keep up with the market, etc. I vote Data Robot. Cloud AI experience will open up more doors. And its a tech company. Nevertheless, check the reviews on glassdoor to get an idea on culture. They are usually spot on. Make sure whatever you decide it helps to go toward your goal and the lifestyle that's important to you in this season.

Thank you! Leaning Data Robot for reasons you mentioned (23 years old, FS Poly)

DataRobot will try to work you to the bone.

That's awesome. Is this with SAIC?

Depends the role - without knowing more, I’d go with the product company. Then MITRE since they have a decent brand, SAIC last for sure

Been approached for a management consulting role in procurement/supply chain. The role seems very interesting, however can anybody shed some light on what it’s like working in that kind of role (specifically for M&A services)? I’ve been advised exit opportunities would be to stay in procurement or go into Commercial Finance? Thanks!

I will never understand how Clinton and trump are in a virtual tie after everything trump has said and done. Blows my mind to be honest, of how much division exists in our nation. #vent4danyt

Just got promoted to Consultant after 2+ years, 9% base salary adjustment + 1.5% bonus. Does that sound right?

Anyone else feel a little isolated due to class background and financial status? I’m working hard but had a deeper hole to climb out of life wise. Can’t relate to people.

There’s more Partner and Director responses to question on this bowl than I can ever get on chat and email. What makes Partners and Directors so busy? Legit question, they don’t even execute hands on

MBB folk, for your post -MBA role, when those folk join, do they lead models / key analytical work streams or focus more on project management, methodology, etc. while the post- undergrad hires handle most of the analytical execution work?

Just did a BG check with PwC. Does anyone know how strict they are with job titles? Did a rotation as a Data Analyst for a year and then did it full time for around two, but I really don’t know when I started. KPMG PwC

Saw a strategy senior associate 2 role at Grant Thornton on LinkedIn. Anyone there now? Would love to learn more and see if I ll be a good fit.

Trying to decide on a case prep website, which is best for mbb? mconsultingprep, caseinterview, preplounge, etc... thanks for any insights.

Final round MBB interview was last week. Fit interview was great but case was okay. I missed a few points in one of the cases. What are the chances of getting in?

Have any of you ever worked a project with CGI? What was your experience with them like?
