For what it’s worth: EY will drug test you if the government entity asks them. If your already an employee, asked to be put on said client, EY will ask you first in confidence. If you tell them you’ve smoked weed, they will recommend you do not continue with clearance process

If the do consultation for the federal government then they probably will care about weed.

They would drug test for the client, not necessarily for the firm

Know someone looking to apply to EY with ASA, no other exams and modules, 4 years of experience and looking for 125k+. How likely is that? Wasn’t sure based on the salary survey.

Sometimes I volunteer to go on business trips I don't need to go on because that hour or two by myself in the hotel room is the only actual vacation I ever get.

Any books/readings/videos recommendation on how to do start up's valuation?

Someone sent me a copy of their resume and I know there test scores are inflated. It’s not my resume so I don’t care what they do but curious about how inflated test scores are detected when applying

Anyone else taking the CFE and can give insight to whether the actual test was the same questions from the review/practice questions? Any study tips? FYI they are also changing their proctoring system in July. Thank you!

Looking for advice on how/when to tell my bosses I’m pregnant. I’m only 8 weeks and have my first doctor’s appointment this week to confirm the pregnancy. We haven’t told any family or friends yet. We have been back in the office since June, so I’m not working remotely. I plan to wait until 12/13 weeks to tell anyone at work. I’m 29 and a 4th year associate. I do work for 4 main partners, though I have closer working relationships with some more than others. Any advice appreciated!

Since we're all talking money, I just got my first raise ever and I'm feeling stoked. 🤗 My loans may still have me broke as a joke, but at least I'm feeling valued! ☀️

Looking to hire a full-time junior designer in Chicago. Multinational agency, cool clients, all the benefits and unlimited PTO. Message me with q’s and for more info.

Hello Fishes, I’ve got an interview coming up that tests on Market Sizing . What materials are out there to prep ?

Help. My supervisor and I work closely together on our project. Partner and SM have told us directly they want me more visible, to build a brand with client, etc. But when I raise my hand to take things on (drive meetings, sub initiatives etc), manager refuses to give up any of the “higher visibility” work so that, in his words, he does not risk himself falling out of the spotlight, he wants to be the “go to”. It’s not that I am not capable (lots of great feedback from him and Partner/SM) -

As a staff 2, is comp that much better outside of consulting? I make more than most my peers in industry. Does the comp bump only become apparent at the senior/manager level?

Does anyone know what the typical salary is for a PharmD in the pharmaceutical industry? Especially in functional areas like HEOR or market access?
