There are people from my team with utilization in range of 30% to 50% and got promoted to manager 1 and sa2 respectively.

I have almost 75% utilization, so wondering why work so much. Thinking of aiming for 55% utilization this time.

Transitioned from my first job (in-house at large tech company) to a boutique firm where "quality" is king. Problem is, every partner/client has their own idea of what "quality" is.

Feeling like I'm starting over brand new, and the stress is really getting to me. Everyone at my old job told me I was at the top quality-wise, but the partners at the firm all tell me it's going to be 2 years before I'm really confident/comfortable. I'm a 6th year. Base 142 with 100% match, so 284 OTE. Accelerators after 100, which doubles up to 125. (101 to goal will garner 102 in commission, 105 will 110, caps out at 125 so max is 150% commission)

Q1 is looking good already so feel good about things. But curious if this is a good deal.
