Got an offer from McKinsey (Associate - Generalist) and Bain (C1). Conflicted here. What pros/cons should I consider? What would you pick and why? FYI, this is for the Texas offices.

2 offers right now : A 20k increase at a strict 9am-5pm. A Big 4 consulting firm is offer a 40k increase but still in public accounting. Am I making a career mistake taking the lower pay @26 or should I Grind it out a few more years in consulting.
