The USDC model doesn’t have the family leave option. I’ve never heard of part time being offered either outside of when the firm was laying people off or furloughing them in the enabling space.

In USDC I have only seen people leave for 2 weeks and come back full time afterwards.

Yes there is some work % that you can do please check with talent

I had joined kpmg global services recently (7 months) back from one of the IT services companies in an advisory role however now I have received an offer from HCL with 40% hike to my current CTC.
