Moment of truth: what's the pay rate among my fellow ADs in this town?

Currently work in the advisory practice at Deloitte doing financial reporting but would love to make the transition to Workday. Any firms hiring people that don't have direct experience with workday/not certified but very willing to learn and get certified?

Seemingly basic question but want confirmation I’m mot missing anything: If I get an unfinished third floor done adding about 800 sq feet, a bedroom and bathroom, can I count that using the same per square foot as the rest of my house when I look to sell? E.g.if my house would sell for abt $200 per square foot does the additional square footage calculate at the same?

Need advice: Received a race and gender discrimination complaint from an employee involving 2 company C-level execs, one of them to whom I report. Usually I would conduct my own internal investigation. Since this involves the highest levels, I can’t escalate it, I’m not an employment law expert, I’m a generalist.
