Moms, I’m back at work after leave (came in the office for the first time today), and WOW I am tired. I can definitely tell that my mind is slower and I’m not firing at 100% thanks to baby brain. I’m also getting distracted really easily and struggling to focus.
Art directors who do UX/UI work, what industry software are you using? XD? Figma? Both? I’m more on the concept side of things but looking to adopt a new skill.

Any BCBAs out there with salary insight in the current market? Has anyone successfully found a remote / hybrid position? I’m currently making 75K with bonus options each month, however a lot of things have changed since I took the job about 4 months ago. Looking for something more flexible / to see if I can make more elsewhere. I have 5 years experience in center, home, and school.
Anyone receive an offer & negotiate a start date months down the road to take advantage of a better maternity leave policy, or any other reason? Wondering how many months is reasonable to ask for.
I’m a graduate soon to be starting new corporate job. What’s the expectation of hours spent in office now? This is my first job so I’m not sure if they will require me on site 5 days a week or adopt a hybrid strategy.
Imagine you're looking for a remote job at a large company with a sophisticated marketing function, strong manager, and room for growth. Making good traction, but then you're contacted by a company in a niche that FASCINATES you...like you read books about this subject for fun, you'd probably love this job. It's remote, the salary is good, the manager is nice, but you'd be the most senior marketing person; the company is about 200 people. What would you do?
Anyone know any recruiters who deal with business transformation, process improvement, project management roles? Especially for remote jobs? Would appreciate a referral. Thanks in advance!
Currently looking for a new role preferably remote in HR. I have 5 years of experience in HR. 2.5 as a director, but I’m fine with something without such a fancy title. Anyone looking?
I’m currently interviewing with a few top 10 firms and a couple top 100 firms for a mostly remote experienced associate/new senior role. Does anyone have any tips on virtual interviews and how to gauge the culture of the firm and if it really will be a good fit for you? I’m struggling to figure out that out because I used to gauge it on the feeling I got while in their office during interviews. Any suggestions would be helpful :)
I had a miscarriage at work and one partner had to take me to the ER as I was bleeding heavily. He asked if he can tell another partner I’m close with because he is away starting Monday and wants someone at work to know and be there for support. I wouldn’t mind in principal but a bit worried about being baby tracked. Not by the other partner but if word got out and other partners find out. But also I could really use some support as I have some work files I need someone to help cover. Thought?
Baby boy (9.5mos) has had diarrhea for the past 5-6 days. He’s on solids (3 meals a day) and formula 28-30oz a day. His eating hasn’t changed and he has no fever. His temperament is fine. The doctor says we need to wait it out. I’ve introduced pedialyte here and there just in case but he still has wet diapers so I don’t think he’s betting dehydrated. He poops 4-5 times a day which looks to be mild diarrhea vs severe. Is waiting it out all I can do? Any other advice?

Husband snores and I’m oblivious but our 8 month old keeps waking up at night because of this. We love him to death and don’t want to send him out (although he is currently sleeping in our other bedroom out of guilt) for this and are also not fans of moving baby to a separate room. Any other ideas that might work or have worked in the past?
Favorite brands for work dresses? I need to upgrade my wardrobe & I’m looking for dresses that are wrinkle-free and comfortable!
If you’re looking forward to transitioning your career into investment banking, please let me know and I can send you a link to apply. This is an opportunity for people of color, mostly Blacks and Hispanics who may or may not have experience in finance but are passionate about finance and are wanting to try something new. I know IB is not for everyone because the hours are long but just thought I would share an opportunity with an interested sis!

Would love to have the BC walk us through some trades he is making from start to finish in as real-time as possible. I have followed him on several initial trades (SNAP and AAPL puts) and agreed with the premise of the trade which is why I made it. However, where I have seemed to lose big he seems to have managed a profit. I'm starting to call BS
How to deal with your mother in law from hell on your wedding day? My fiancé also agrees that his mom is losing it and she has been horrible during this whole wedding planning process. I don’t want to have to think about her or have her ruin my day.

We're going on our first family trip in a couple of weeks. Going to Turks and Caicos (Beaches) from Boston. I'm super anxious about it. Haven't been on a plane in 3 years(!!), and I'm really nervous about flying with our kids. They're 2 & 4, and the 2 year old doesn't wear a mask yet.
Any pro tips for those locations or just travel in general? Anyone flown recently (post no masks) and can calm my COVID fears for the littles?
8 week old has suddenly decided to sleep only in our laps/arms. Wakes up within a minute of being put down in his crib/ our bed. Tried warming his crib with a heating pad but didn’t work. Any suggestions on getting him to lie flat to sleep?
Our son started daycare at the beginning of the month right as I returned to work after a very extended leave. I joined a new project on my 2nd week back but haven’t been able to contribute in any meaningful way because my son keeps getting sent home with different daycare bugs and random fevers and we don’t have family nearby to watch him, so I end up having to watch him all day. I don’t know if it’s too early to feel discouraged, but I’ve been questioning my decision to return (cont’d)
We love the option of live in nanny as that would mean more flexibility and also found one. Few questions 1. - can the nanny live in the basement ? Our basement has no windows but private and big. 2.- how does meals work ? Does the nanny eat what the family eats Or does her own groceries and cooking ? 3. What amenities does she need in her private space ? - 4. any other tips/ suggestions for a successful teaming
