How to get onsite
I currently work as a biomedical scientist but I want to change my career; so far I’ve done Salesforce Sale cloud consultant and Administrator exams and I am certified. I’m currently studying for the Service Cloud consultant certification .
So I would really appreciate if anyone could refer me for entry level roles in salesforce . I live in London, but I’m happy to relocate . Here’s my LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/modupe-olotu and the link to my online Portfolio https://mbosalesforcehow-to.carrd.co/
Anyone have 3 children? Tips to making it work?

I would’ve asked on the spot! You definitely should ask (“hey was hoping we could chat a little bit. I noticed the other day you had your resume out, are you interviewing for another job?”) but not necessarily assume it means she would quit her nanny duties with you if she were to get the job. It’s tough but I think works to everyone’s benefit to know in advance. I’d ask why she wants to leave (looking for different career deserves a different response than your pay is not competitive enough). Consider your notice period and you can put out some casual feelers to see if anyone knows of good nannies looking for a job.

Depending on how obvious you think it was I would ask. But I will also say it’s happened to me before where I thought my nanny was getting pop up updates on her phone for roles (I wasn’t snooping but she had left her cell on our kitchen counter and it was lighting up). She stayed with us for literally like two more years in the end. So it’s so hard to say. Unfortunately as a rule I think most people are not looking to be a nanny indefinitely.

I should have said she had handwritten papers of interview questions and answers. Could be for an additional job or in lieu of the nanny position
