I had the Elvie pump, which I used right before the flight and right after the flight (depending on feed schedule). I brought ice packs and a tote-sized soft cooler (a good one like Yeti). I put all my used pump parts in the cooler and suffered through super cold parts when I pumped again when I landed. During the day, I kept milk in the fridge. If there was no fridge, I relied on my cooler and ice packs. I refreshed with ice cubes if I needed. I had a lot of extra quart-sized ziplock bags for that purpose. At the hotel, I used the mini fridge. I didn’t freeze my milk because if it thawed, I’d have to throw it away. I didn’t use a delivery service. I brought all of the milk with me to my flight. You’re allowed to carry on, and it doesn’t count against you. TSA will check and might ask questions, though. Sometimes my ice packs melted by the time I left the client site and got through security. Starbucks and other stores will give you free ice. They also have free ice on the plane. I kept everything as cold as possible until I could freeze when I got home.

For cleaning, I used the Medela pump wipes during the day and stashed parts in the fridge where possible. I brought dish soap and the Oxo tot travel brush to clean thoroughly at night.

Only had to go on two trips, one was international. Used Milk Stork on both. It takes some planning, but is very doable. Check with your benefits team if McK offers Milk Stork or a similar shipping service for free. I used a basic cheap hand pump during travel and kept the bags in a lunch cooler with a freezer pack.

Only did one overnight trip but yes use Milk Stork, bring dish soap to clean your pump parts at hotel, and get a wearable pump. Great to be able to pump on the airplane, in airport, or even just ubers when traveling to office/client. That said - consider not traveling! Given Delta we have flexibility to refuse travel

I used the Medea wipes for cleaning. I actually poured into water bottles (had a bag leak) and then froze in the clients fridges (in a lunch bag). By the end of the week my first 2-3 bottles were fully frozen and could help keep the others cool.

Oh my gosh! Thank you for asking this question! I just released an online course that addresses all of these questions! I've included a link below! If you do check it out, I would love your feedback! https://app.mastermind.com/masterminds/27450

I should also mention that I agree wholeheartedly with the posts above and have included those tips in my videos. I do go into detail about certain TSA rules and why they do what they do, as well as offer up additional tips or things to consider.
