I have ~ 14 years of IT experience, work on BigData side of things, 23 L is a decent package or I should be given more? I just reached to that level a month back, where they didn't allow me for the role change citing technical things, where I am not good at coding, I am not a Bigdata developer.

Some of my friends are getting 35+, where I am thinking I am being paid less.

Advice needed: I was hired into my company right after MBA, but not as a part of the official MBA rotational program.
