I don’t think that most people they find in the lake went in it willingly. Water makes it too easy to cover up murders. Washes away evidence. But it’s dismissed because most people they found had also been drinking. But people just disappearing miles away from the Lake don’t just fall in it. Yes, suicide happens. But many of these cases show zero signs of anything like that. The constant MO is being out with friends having fun. The friend vanishes. Then is found in the lake weeks later.

Apple Watch owners…⌚️
Im getting into swimming and I’m like OCD about my watch tracking my workout as accurate as possible (even if it’s not the most accurate 🤷🏻‍♀️). I used the open swim for the first time yesterday and one down is 25 yds but one full lap is 50 yds and regardless I don’t think it tracked my swim accurately. Is there a trick? Lol I input 25 yds as a lap but maybe I needed to put 50? Silly little thing but it’ll drive me crazy haha

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

I’ve done really well since New Years and wanted to share my story and what has worked for me hoping it may help someone. Buckle in…
I’ve lost 12 lbs and doubled my max lift in nearly every exercise. Needless to say, it’s only been a month and I’m getting comments from everyone that I’m “lookin good”- I’m still a chubster but progress is progress. Given I was at a point where I hadn’t lifted in a few years so my numbers were well below my college days. This is what I’ve done to help me succeed:
