Pretty savage regimen 🙌🏻

Monday- Core Power Yoga. Tuesday- Shadowbox. Wednesday- running. Thursday- tennis. Friday- drink. Saturday- SoulCycle. Sunday- bike ride & long run. The hardest workout is Monday’s yoga. Go figure.

Yoga is brutal.

I know!! I just started Core Power Yoga and it’s so intense.

Hi Fishes! I joined Capgemini as a fresher in June 2021 got trained in automation testing for 3 months and later tagged to a manual testing project. I received a hike last July 2022 after completion of one year. Took my first round of Clomid 50 mg this month and learned today that my progesterone levels are low and I likely I didn’t ovulate. I feel discouraged. Been ttc for 10 months now and I learned recently that Im not ovulating. I didnt think It would be hard getting pregnant as I had regular cycles before covid. Anyone had luck ovulating and conceiving with an increased dosage of clomid? Looking for encouragement and success stories to lift my spirits

I just learned that the supplemental long term disability policy offered by my firm does not cover any disability caused or significantly contributed to by pregnancy or childbirth. This feels really discriminatory and unfair to me that the firm would only offer this policy. Does peloton only work on your lower body? I like running and going for walks etc and am conflicted between getting a peloton vs joining a gym.
