4 years ago I made a crowdsourced spreadsheet for agency parental leave benefits. The hardest data to source was what the tenure requirement was to receive benefits (i.e. you have to be at your company for a year to qualify) Yet, the tenure requirement seems to be one of the biggest things holding women back.

I posted a thing on LinkedIn today about it and would love everyone’s support and/ or thoughts on the topic.
