What will be the in-hand salary of 14.5 LPA CTC as per TCS salary structure

If I’m making 65k in my first year of audit, should I jump ship now before I reach senior for a job as a “senior accountant” with 85-95k comp? Or should I wait until I reach senior associate and then jump to the same 90-100k range?

just wondering who else is in the construction business as a superintendent/project management in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and what the salary range is? are you getting bonuses per job completion?

We had a great year but our total comp is nothing compared to OW/Milliman... time to raise our billing rates or jump ship. 🤔

2. Trantor Inc- offering Senior Salesforce BA role with 20 lpa (fixed)

Person told me associates at A&M get around 90k base plus bonus and seniors there get around 120 plus bonus. Should I push for Senior, and how would I even do that? I recently received an offer from a big 4 company. I am very happy with where I am currently working. I’m unsure if I should take it. I feel valued at my firm and I am not micromanaged. There are many benefits to staying however, it’s a big 4.. feels like a sin to turn it down.

2. Marketing Specialist $67.5K with above average company benefits, accrued hours, in office 3x week, so far people seem nice (starting was $65K) IL
