I'm a year out of law school I have a staff of 10. However I feel I need more high level help. I need someone who can run client contact and figure out what we should bill for a project etc. ( I work mostly fixed price or monthly retainer). Is this an attorney? A great assistant? Will identifying as having a disability negatively impact my chances of getting a job? I used to never disclose my disability (it’s not physically apparent) but I’m wondering if I should start being more open about it.

My office has minimum 55s through busy season. My managers decided to up minimum to 65 for no valid reason. My team will happily work hours and demand is there. Am I wrong to think it’s unnecessary?

I’ve currently been in a recruiter position for first time for almost 5 months now. I feel as though I’m ready to leave because the pay is bad and there’s no commission offered. How long should I stay in this position and what should my asking pay rate be as I search for new roles?

Contrary to popular belief, you don't have to be extroverted to be a good recruiter. I've had great success in agency and corporate recruiting and I'm introverted leaning.

Advice for getting past burn-out.
I’ve been a recruiter for 20 yrs, but am still young. First 10 yrs were Corporate TA; most recent 10 are with Agency. For the majority of my career, I’ve been passionate about my job. I navigated the highs and lows and was always enthusiastic about starting each workday. We recently had leadership changes that affect me negatively…. But my job is still intact. However, I have lost my mojo. Reviewing Recruiter job postings does nothing to inspire me.

I’m a Sr. TA Partner at a tech company & lead recruiting efforts and ops for my region (North America). On top of recruiting, I get to build, implement and execute programs and software solutions and I’m really loving this part of my job.

Currently, recruiting manager (team of 5) 100% remote for a RPO, 8+ years experience in staffing in multiple areas (MSP, HRG, Branch Manager - agency) with international experience. Education: BA & CIPD HR Management Diploma (SHRM equivalent in the UK). Living in Chicago. Salary $70k 10% bonus, been told being bumped to $80k 12% bonus.
