Morning exercise. Can take my pre-workout without it impacting my sleep. Gives me a great pump for work too, and forces me to be efficient with my time. Evening works you can get there late or be slow. Morning workouts you need to get there on time and leave on time to get to work on time.

I sleep better if I get an evening workout in. Also gives me an excuse to avoid the events. Btw I am 100% a morning person.

Email pleasantries.. are you for or against?

Sometimes I find the “hope you are well” or “hope you had a good weekend” at the beginning of each email feels fake / forced. I’d prefer to get straight to the point of my email but don’t want to come across as rude if I don’t include that in my emails. Thoughts?

Hey guys I’m 2nd year staff in audit. My team had 2 managers 4 seniors and 2 new staffs. 70% of interim testing is on me because test of details is so menial job for seniors and too much responsibility for the first years. Is 2nd year supposed to be like that? I’m so fed up with everything and talked with seniors but it didn’t really help. Should I just leave before real busy season hits?
